How long does a typical project take?

Each project is different and depends on your specific project goals and needs. Redesign and replatform projects typically take about 12-26 weeks from discovery to launch date. We also offer a 30 day post launch support.

Does UN/COMMON provide B2B Wholesale Migration and Build services?

Yes! We offer wholesale migration and set up services based on your business requirements. We have experience in utilizing Shopify’s B2B ecommerce solution and third party application integrations.

What does your new client onboarding look like?

After you sign on we’ll have a client kickoff call where all stakeholders can meet. During onboarding, we’ll complete:

  • Project Setup

  • Asset Collection (Logos, fonts, colors and photography if available)

  • Internal project set up

  • Create project plan and set up regular check ins

  • Review project process

Does UN/COMMON offer merchandising services?

Yes, in addition to replatforming your website, we can also support your organization with product placement, on-page SEO, homepage merchandising, collection page merchandising and product page merchandising.

Do you need final content to start designing?

No! We can use placeholder copy and imagery to design your new website. UN/COMMON can also provide direction for photography and work with you to help compile new web assets.
