We charge a flat rate onboarding fee that encompasses 2 weeks to guarantee you are set up for success before we jump into work. This process involves a kick off and deep dive call to go over our processes, set up priorities and expectations, and dive deeper into your brand, goals, and initial strategic insights. From there, we’ll launch into our ongoing partnership—campaign and flow strategy and production, reporting & insights, and overall strategic management of your program.
From the moment we kick off, you’ll have a dedicated Lifecycle Marketing team comprised of a Team Lead or Strategist for high-level strategy support, an Account Manager for day-to-day strategy and program management, a Specialist for all production needs, and, if applicable, a Creative Designer to craft beautiful, KPI-crushing emails.
As your partner, we're putting efforts towards long-term, sustainable results. We hop right to it, moving efficiently to ensure results begin showing tangible improvement within the first 90 days. After your two week onboarding, you can expect to see new flow designs with the first 30 days. We like to monitor performance for at least 30 days to make informed, data-driven decisions and prioritize roadmap initiatives from there.
We measure lifecycle marketing success through key metrics, including open and click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue attribution. Additionally, we track broader metrics such as retention rate, repeat purchase rate, and customer LTV to ensure a deep understanding of customer loyalty and the value they bring to your brand.
