Spongellé and UN/COMMON joined forces to elevate the online shopping experience and lifecycle journey for Spongelle’s customers. This collaboration was centered on a comprehensive redesign of their Shopify Plus store, aimed at delivering an unparalleled user experience (UX) and optimizing their D2C and B2B Retention Marketing strategy for maximum success.
UN/COMMON aimed to help Spongellé overcome slow site speed and clunky app management and create a more efficient and enjoyable online shopping experience for their customers. The goal? To ensure that the redesigned Shopify Plus store not only looked visually appealing but also performed optimally, setting the stage for Spongellé's long-term success in the competitive eCommerce landscape.




Parallel to the UX overhaul, UN/COMMON also rejuvenated Spongellé’s D2C and B2B email marketing strategies. By improving email deliverability, warming up IP addresses, and creating highly-segmented user groups, the team optimized the core flows in Spongellé’s Klaviyo account. This revamp provided a seamless customer journey with new upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
