The CRO team at UN/COMMON jumped in and began optimizing the Norman & Jules’ site resulting in impressive KPI boosts from the get-go. The strategic expertise and UX design-forward application catapulted the Norman & Jules’ site to greatness. Beginning with a full PDP redesign, Norman & Jules’ PDP abandonment rate dropped 3% in the first 30 days alone. During the holiday season? The add-to-cart from the PDP capability increased by a remarkable 40%. Additionally, working in tandem with the Consumer Retention team, the CRO team created shop-by-age categories on site which led to increased site traffic and a more personalized email experience.
