Recognizing the need for a transformative approach, iNNBeauty Project enlisted
UN/COMMON to overhaul their digital marketing strategy. By focusing on personalized, segmented, and continuously evolving marketing flows, integrating innovative content, and leveraging the synergy between Attentive and Klaviyo, UN/COMMON significantly enhanced customer engagement and marketing effectiveness. The results speak for themselves—a more cohesive brand experience, improved customer retention, and a robust increase in marketing efficiency.
Initially, UN/COMMON’s efforts concentrated on iNN BEAUTY PROJECT’s adhoc marketing campaigns. However, recognizing the greater potential in tailored flows, the team quickly pivoted to develop more complex, engaging flows, including product-specific abandoned browse and cart, and post-purchase engagement.
Through thorough A/B testing in both the Welcome Series and Abandoned Cart email and SMS journeys, UN/COMMON garnered a 50% increase in revenue per recipient and 447% increase in SMS flow revenue.
