Lifecycle MarketingRedesign & ReplatformConversion Optimization
The partnership between UN/COMMON and 19 Crimes was a dynamic collaboration to enhance and transition the brand’s loyalty program. Faced with the challenge of moving from Ebbo to Yotpo with an extremely tight deadline due to the sunsetting of Ebbo’s loyalty platform, the UN/COMMON Redesign & Replatform team not only streamlined the sign-up and sign-in processes to integrate seamlessly with Shopify and Klaviyo but also addressed state restrictions by implementing a system that tags customer accounts from restricted states. With our expertise in eCommerce website design, we ensured the loyalty program’s integration was functional and visually cohesive with the brand’s digital presence. Simultaneously, the UN/COMMON Lifecycle Marketing team worked on redesigning key loyalty program emails to align with the new MVP site, leveraging Klaviyo’s AI for a more shoppable experience and ensuring the program's benefits were communicated effectively. This comprehensive and collaborative approach allowed for a smooth transition and refreshed user experience, all within a tight timeframe.

LOYALTY PROGRAM MIGRATION & CUSTOM TAGGING SYSTEM
The UN/COMMON Redesign & Replatform team jumped into action to transition 19 Crimes' loyalty program from Ebbo to Yotpo, hitting the ground running for a July 1st launch after Ebbo's sudden sunset of their loyalty platform. Leveraging our expertise in eCommerce website design, the team began with mapping out what needed to stay, what to drop, and what new features to add to the MVP strategy while also considering US state laws and building a system that appends a restricted state tag to a customer record when they create an account restricting certain customers in specific states to access the loyalty program. The team successfully updated the sign-up and sign-in processes to align with Shopify account creation, ensuring seamless integration between loyalty, Shopify, and Klaviyo.
LOYALTY EMAIL AUTOMATIONS
UN/COMMON's Lifecycle Marketing team collaborated closely with 19 Crimes and UN/COMMON’s Redesign & Replatform teams to craft three core Loyalty Program flows—Rewards Welcome, Redemption, and Reminder—to align seamlessly with the launch of the MVP loyalty site. By revamping their existing rewards emails, the UN/COMMON team significantly enhanced their design, integrating Klaviyo's AI product recommendations to create a more shoppable experience. As an experienced email agency, the team ensured the new email designs were cohesive with the revamped loyalty site and employed best practices to convey program benefits elegantly.
The Noticed team was really thoughtful in the recommendations they made regarding industry best practices; an understanding of the market; as well as an understanding of our business and brand-related goals.
