Welcome Flows That Welcome
We consolidated more than a dozen legacy welcome flows into one unified journey—one that told Kailo’s brand story, introduced their science, and surfaced the right products at the right moment. The result? Open rates consistently above 60% and conversion rates reaching 8% on key messages, proving the power of a focused first impression and reassuring the audience about the effectiveness of a unified journey.


Abandonment That Converts, Not Annoys
Abandoned cart and checkout flows were cluttered and mistimed. We streamlined messaging and shifted critical CTAs to the top of the page, where they are immediately visible without the need to scroll. After optimization, open rates jumped past 50%, click rates rose to 12%, and conversion rates lifted 62% month-over-month—a clear signal that better structure leads to better action.


Campaign Performance, Unblocked
Kailo’s email campaigns had strong intent but lacked rhythm and hierarchy. We redesigned the layout, tested granular CTAs, and brought shoppable elements up top. The results followed fast: click rates improved 592% year-over-year, and unique clicks rose 367%, even with fewer sends—a testament to creativity that earns attention and exciting potential of marketing strategies.


SMS That’s Timed to Win
Rather than flooding inboxes, we built behavior-triggered SMS flows that respected the customer’s stage. From abandoned cart nudges to loyalty reminders, SMS click rates hit 36% in some flows, and conversion rates exceeded 5%, showing that a leaner, more strategic SMS program can outpace volume-heavy tactics and instill confidence in its effectiveness.
